- 3. Receipt of payment of form Delta Poly Otefe Oghara Freshers Verification/Screening
- 4 Acknowledgment Form
- 5. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
- 6. Certificate of Local Government of Origin Npower Recruitment
- 7 Four (4) recent Passports
- 8. Jamb Admission letter or Jamb Regulari1sation form
- 9. Jamb Result Slip Pounds to Naira
Please note, all COVID-19 protocols must be observed by all admitted candidates during the verification Exercise.
